Matthew Kayne is a broadcaster, campaigner and disability rights advocate whose work spans media, politics and social change. Founder of Sugar Kayne Radio, an online station dedicated to uplifting music and meaningful conversations, he has led national campaigns including a petition to reform the UK’s wheelchair service. Living with cerebral palsy and a survivor of bladder cancer, Matthew brings first-hand experience of the challenges disabled people face in employment, healthcare and public life. He writes for The European on disability rights, workplace inclusion and equality legislation, combining personal insight with a commitment to systemic reform.
