Recognition, media exposure and Blue Zone-level access

The COP31 Global Impact Leader Initiative is designed to give selected partners a full package of visibility, recognition and senior engagement around the Antalya conference. Partners may be included in the dedicated 100 Global Impact Leaders supplement, with opportunities for editorial features, executive interviews, filmed content, digital coverage, thought leadership and post-event media amplification across The European and partner channels.

The programme is expected to culminate in the COP31 Global Impact Leader Summit and Award Ceremony, bringing together business leaders, policymakers, investors, sustainability pioneers, ESG stakeholders, media representatives and international organisations during the COP31 period. Selected partners may receive recognition for their contribution to the SDGs, climate action, responsible business, social impact and international cooperation.

Global CSR Foundation has previously convened high-level forums within the official UN Blue Zone at COP28 in Dubai, bringing together international figures from government, finance, academia, global health, sustainability and international organisations. The COP31 initiative is being developed to build on that experience, with opportunities for senior networking, private introductions and engagement with dignitaries, policymakers, investors and sustainability leaders attending the conference, subject to accreditation, permissions and final programme confirmation.

A limited number of strategic partnership opportunities are available for organisations seeking premium positioning around COP31, sustainability, ESG, climate innovation and the SDGs. Enhanced packages may include branding, advertising, summit participation, award recognition, delegate opportunities, filmed interviews, international press distribution, VIP networking and high-level introductions.

Why COP31 matters for global business

The SDGs now sit at the centre of how major organisations are expected to report, invest and grow. The annual investment gap for sustainable development in developing countries is estimated at around US$4 trillion, while the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment reported 5,261 signatories and US$139.6 trillion in signatory assets under management in 2024-25.

Sustainability reporting is also moving into the mainstream, with IFRS S1 and S2 setting a global baseline for sustainability and climate-related financial disclosures, the UK developing its own Sustainability Reporting Standards, and EU rules requiring larger companies to disclose social and environmental risks, opportunities and impacts.

Our COP31 Global Impact Leader Initiative is therefore designed for organisations seeking recognition for their contribution to sustainability, climate action and the SDGs. Taking part can help selected organisations:

✓ Demonstrate visible commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals

✓ Strengthen global positioning around climate, ESG and sustainability

✓ Build visibility with investors, policymakers and international stakeholders

✓ Showcase leadership to a global business audience

✓ Raise the profile of senior executives and institutional leaders

✓ Support international networking and relationship-building

✓ Create premium editorial, video and press content

✓ Gain recognition through a global leadership and awards platform

✓ Highlight practical progress in responsible growth and sustainable development

✓ Build momentum before, during and after COP31

✓ Position the organisation within the global movement towards 2030
