The European Business Awards recognise outstanding performance, sector leadership and strategic achievement across global business. The programme is open to organisations and individuals operating at all stages of scale, from established multinationals to growth companies and specialist firms with demonstrable impact in their fields.
Why the EBAs?
Entering the European Business Awards provides organisations and leaders with the opportunity to have their achievements formally assessed within a competitive international field. Recognition at this level serves as an external validation of strategy, execution and sector influence, and is frequently used as a credential in investor communications, client pitches and corporate reporting.

Organisations and leaders operating within these domains are eligible to submit entries for the 2026 cycle.
Judging & Selection
Entries for the EBAs are reviewed by an independent judging panel comprising senior figures from business, finance, academia and industry. The panel is supported by dedicated research teams that gather background material, sector intelligence and contextual data to ensure that assessments are well-informed and comparative across markets.
Evaluation focuses on demonstrable achievement, strategic execution, innovation, governance and measurable contribution to the relevant domain. Scale is not a determining factor; established multinationals, specialist firms and growth companies are all assessed on the quality and impact of their performance.
The panel’s decision-making draws on a longstanding record of winners and finalists, providing a benchmark of what constitutes excellence within each category. Past recipients can be viewed in the Awards archive, allowing entrants and observers to see the companies and leaders who have set the standard in previous cycles.
Final decisions are taken independently and are not influenced by commercial activity or sponsorship.
