USG unveils ground-breaking partnership deal with Sheffield United Football Club

Union Standard Group, the Australian-headquartered broker, proudly announced a new three-year partnership deal with Sheffield United Football Club on June 24 at a press conference held in Bramall Lane, Sheffield, United Kingdom. The deal will also have USG’s sponsorship logo on the front and sleeve of the Sheffield United’s male first-team kits for the upcoming seasons, as well as all retail replica shirts.

The deal was announced at a press conference at Bramall Lane on the 24th of June, which was participated by USG Chief Executive Shay Zakhaim and the likes of Sheffield United Football Club’s co-owner Kevin McCabe, manager Chris Wilder, and Captain Billy Sharp.
“We are honoured to have a partnership with a club with such a rich tradition and history. We are excited to be at the beginning of a new chapter in the Club’s story,” said Shay Zakhaim. “Sheffield United Football Club and the Premier League offer worldwide exposure for our business and that is something we are very keen to embrace.”
Sheffield United Football Club is a professional association football club formed in 1889 based in the city of Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. The team competes in Premier League, the highest tier of English football. Sheffield is also famous for its large steel production in the history of UK which gives the club a nickname “The Blades.”
Unveiling the deal, Sheffield United’s CEO Stephen Bettis commented: “We are really excited to have USG on board as we begin our journey in back in the Premier League. Having an international sponsor on board shows just how far the Club has come both on and off the pitch.”

Like thousands of clients across the globe, Sheffield United is supported by USG as a long-term trusted partner on the road of success in Premier League. The partnership encompasses joint participation on game day.
