The Trump Organization has signed its second Saudi venture with London-listed developer Dar Global, agreeing a $1bn project in Jeddah that will combine residences, offices and leisure space around a “Central Park-style” green spine
The Trump family’s property group has struck a deal with Dar Global to launch a $1bn mixed-use development in Jeddah, it emerged yesterday.
According to Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, the “Central Park Inspired” complex will include premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office space and exclusive townhouses.
The new development, called Trump Plaza Jessah, will include a landscaped green spine inspired by New York’s Central Park, designed to bring what the developers describe as “Manhattan-style vibrancy” to the Red Sea city.
The companies said Trump Plaza Jeddah has been planned as a community integrating living, working and leisure.
Home offices will be incorporated within private residences, while retail and food outlets are set around a courtyard alongside offices and serviced apartments.
Located on King Abdulaziz Road, one of the city’s main thoroughfares, it will become the second Trump-branded scheme in Saudi Arabia after the debut of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024.
Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, said: “We are honored to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia with the Trump Plaza Jeddah.
“This project embodies our vision of excellence by blending world-class hospitality, modern living, and dynamic business environments. Together with Dar Global, we are creating a destination that will set a new benchmark for prestige and innovation in the Kingdom.”

Dar Global said the development would reinforce Jeddah’s position as a hub for international investment and premium living, underscoring the Kingdom’s expanding pipeline of large-scale property schemes.
Ziad El Chaar, its chief executive, added: “Trump Plaza Jeddah is a pioneering concept in Saudi Arabia and one of the most ambitious developments Dar Global has undertaken to date.
“By combining residential, serviced, and office components with a Central Park-inspired landscape, we are delivering a unique lifestyle destination that reflects both Manhattan’s vibrancy and Jeddah’s strategic role as a cultural and commercial hub.”
