Recognised as one of the most reputable real estate players In Kuwait, Action Real Estate is on course to achieve its vision of being world class quality retail developers
Action Real Estate Co. (AREC) is a Kuwait based company, established in 2004, and then transformed into a Kuwaiti Shareholding closed company (K.S.C.C.) in 2005. In addition to developing its own properties, AREC also provides real estate advisory and consultancy services, project management, leasing and operations, as well as overseeing the execution of projects, design and construction. Headquartered in Kuwait, the company now enjoys a solid and growing presence in GCC, Europe and Australia.
From modest beginning in 1995, the company started expanding geographically, within Kuwait, in key population areas, such as North of Kuwait within the Jahra Governorate (that itself comprises 1/3 of Kuwait’s population), South of Kuwait with a presence in Fintas and Mangaf, and other more traditional locations such as Kuwait City, Salmiya, Dhajeej etc. AREC has developed more than 350,000 m2 of properties in the commercial, retail, mix-use, hospitality, office and residential market sectors, targeting end-users of different walks of life.
In line with the unfaltering quest for world class quality, AREC was rapidly and deservedly awarded with the “Best Retail Developer in Kuwait” nomination by the prominent Arabian Commercial Property Award in association with Bloomberg TV which is yet another testimony of its steady progress and commitment to excellence.
Certainly, AREC lives up to its award-winning reputation, from the development stage, by creating high quality properties of great architecture and design, in consideration of the latest trends, innovation and technology, to the later stage of operating it with the highest standards and a particular emphasis of considering AREC’s tenants as true business partners.
The latest development in progress is Almas Residence ideally located in Al Surra area, Kuwait City. The development is a progressive concept in urban living, paving the way to be recognised as a residential benchmark for modern luxury and prestige real estate in Kuwait.
Offering a new living concept to Kuwait’s motivated and aspirational population, the Almas – Residency endeavours to enrich its residents with harmonious living and lifestyle choices. The development enjoys a unique architectural vocabulary that is mixing modern architecture with local elements of urban development. The property comprises a range of units, from luxurious two-bedroom apartments to up-scale villas of up to 6 bedrooms. On the other hand, the company is committed to developing and enhancing its regional presence by establishing strategic partnerships that support the company’s ability to execute its projects in different geographies.
AREC also conducts extensive due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities, which helps defend the interests of its partners, its shareholders, and ultimately the communities for which its developments are built to serve. In performing its activities, AREC adheres to a broad set of ethical principles that earn the trust of its shareholders, business partners and society in general.
In a nutshell, we can conclude by saying that AREC since its inception in the early 2000’s, has progressed to be a regional player in the real estate market. Following the vision of its founder Sheikh Mubarak A. M. Al Sabah, the company has witnessed exceptional growth over the past decade.
