Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A. and Banchile Corredores de Bolsa S.A. (jointly and severally hereafter “Banchile Inversiones”) reaffirmed their leadership through expanding digital infrastructure. In 2024, Banchile Inversiones launched four major funds, processed more than 370,000 transactions through its Mi Inversión app, and participated in over ten key capital market events. Furthermore, in early 2025, it received three industry awards in Chile
We may not yet be a household name in Europe, but in Chile, we at Banchile Inversiones are one of the most influential players in finance — and our recent activity suggests a quiet confidence in our long-term strategy.
As a subsidiary of Banco de Chile, we serve a diverse client base, ranging from retail investors to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. We have focused on refining our product portfolio, investing in technology, and stepping up customer engagement across the country.
To understand our performance, it is important to consider the broader market forces that have shaped our strategic decisions. While we have deepened our product offerings and expanded digital services, these efforts have taken place against a backdrop of stabilising domestic economic conditions and shifting global dynamics.
In parallel, Chile’s financial landscape in 2024 was marked by a gradual economic recovery, increased investor confidence, and regulatory adjustments aimed at strengthening transparency and market stability. These conditions provided a supportive setting for us to expand our offerings and reinforce our leadership in the investment sector.
In this context, we remained focused on delivering value to our customers. Throughout the year, we continued to capitalise on our product offering and developed new investment alternatives in attractive markets. As a result, we successfully launched four new funds, which attracted over USD 250 million in assets.
At the same time, investor behaviour has evolved, with growing demand for digital solutions, personalised advisory, and access to global markets. In response, we enhanced our digital platforms and tailored our services to meet the changing expectations of both retail and institutional clients.
We also participated in key capital market events, contributing actively to processes such as capital increases and other strategic initiatives. These actions helped foster collaboration among financial market participants, promoting transparency, innovation, and broader access to investment opportunities for both emerging and established investors.
Our strategic involvement in key capital market events reinforced our leadership in 2024.
To further strengthen our nationwide presence, we hosted more than 120 customer engagement events across Chile. We also upheld our commitment to sound advisory services through the publication of over 500 reports by our research team and contributed to financial education through more than 40 educational videos shared on social media.
Technology played a central role. Our Mi Inversión app processed over 370,000 transactions in 2024, with new features added to improve speed, security, and customer experience. These enhancements reflect our commitment to a user experience that is agile, secure, and efficient.
Behind the scenes, we are conducting a major digital transformation initiative, with the ongoing implementation of a new Investment System designed to optimise investment and asset management while improving interaction with customers.
In a constantly evolving regulatory environment, we have maintained a proactive stance, ensuring compliance with new regulations and strengthening our cybersecurity processes. This is part of our ongoing efforts to foster client trust by consistently upholding high standards of operational and technological excellence.
Our efforts were recognised with three major awards in 2025: Investment Management Company of the Year, Most Innovative Digital Investment Company of the Year, and Capital Markets Company of the Year.
With these achievements, we are well-positioned to embrace new challenges and unlock opportunities in 2025, maintaining our focus on quality, innovation, and supporting customers along their financial journey through expert advisory, integrated omnichannel experiences, and a solid organisational backing that inspires trust.
