The new appointment is the perfect embodiment of CargoAi’s strategy: combining expertise in air cargo and digital technology to deliver custom-tailored solutions to its users
“To head the customer department at CargoAi, we needed someone who had a highly pragmatic vision of customer needs. With the combination of her experience of SAAS platforms and her total understanding of air cargo, Magali fits the bill perfectly. A real achiever who has genuine passion for the industry, we couldn’t hope for anyone better placed to design the best-in-class customer-based product and customer journey we need,” explains Matthieu Petot, CEO of www.cargoai.co.
This means CargoAi is able to respond to skyrocketing demand from freight carriers and forwarders for reliable, user-friendly tools to make their purchasing and sales processes more efficient.
“CargoAi has very quickly established itself as a major player in the digitalisation of the air cargo industry thanks to its unique approach. The customer experience is central at CargoAi, allowing us to improve digital solutions designed for airlines, freight forwarders and GSAs. I can’t wait to join this talented team and to help develop the best solutions for our clients,” says Magali Beauregard.
With all top management roles now filled, CargoAi is pursuing its goal of digitalising air freight through human expertise. It is with this goal in mind that Mathilde de Rocquigny, CargoAi’s Chief Commercial Officer, will speak at the World Cargo Summit on 27 January at the session entitled ‘Innovation and disruption – Digital transformation and innovative technology in air cargo’.
