Located in a plot of 7000m2, between two of the most cosmopolitan beaches, Alegria Villa features 13 double bedrooms, all en-suite with bathrooms, of which five are suites and two have a Jacuzzi on their private terrace. All of the indoor and outdoor areas are of ‘boho style’, including minimal decoration and unrestricted sea views.

Among the exclusive features and facilities is the large infinity lake-shaped pool with a heated Jacuzzi, the pool bar and lounge area with BBQ, modern gym, spa room, sports and children area, professional ‘Chef’s Kitchen’ that caters for up to 50 people. Other special features include the open-air cinema, gazebo spa room, luxury fashion boutique, chapel, wine cellar, deluxe cigar humidor, helipad, ‘Power Generator’ and more.
Events
Alegria’s vast size provides the unique advantage of having two spacious event venues within the same secluded estate. A poolside event area, with capacity for up to 220 guests seated, offers unrestricted sea views and is the ideal venue for intimate special celebrations. Meanwhile, there is also the garden area for glamorous events, which can accommodate up to 700 guests seated and overlooks the Aegean Sea. This area is surrounded by a minimally designed chapel, a sheltered buffet space, a dance floor space and a gala area.
Having successfully hosted all types of events for celebrities, athletes, bankers and more from around the globe, the ‘Events Team’ along with professional partners offer top-quality planning services, making absolute use of the magnificent villa facilities, in order to create the most special moments for all its guests.
