Turkish automotive services platform secures bridge investment at $10m valuation to expand AI and fleet technology
RABAM has raised US$500,000 from angel investors at a US$10m valuation as it prepares for a Series A funding round, it emerged today.
The Turkish technology company, which brings automotive after-sales services onto one platform, said the bridge investment would be used to strengthen its technology infrastructure, develop AI-powered services and support international expansion.
The company also plans to increase brand awareness in Türkiye as it seeks to move beyond a service marketplace and build a wider mobility technology platform.
RABAM’s platform allows drivers to access services including periodic maintenance, tyre replacement, tyre storage, car washing, vehicle inspections, towing, insurance quotations, fuel solutions and vehicle inspection pick-up and delivery.
The company said the model gives vehicle owners a single digital point for after-sales services, with transparent pricing and access to approved providers.
Firms can also use its platform to manage maintenance planning, vehicle inspections, tyre management, appraisals, towing arrangements and expense control.
Its AI-supported fleet management system is designed to let businesses manage operational processes from one place, reducing the need to work with several service providers.
RABAM said the new funding would support development of its next-generation AI infrastructure and its international growth.
Its founder R. Kaan Aydoğan said: “This bridge investment, secured ahead of our Series A round, demonstrates confidence in RABAM’s technology, business model, and growth potential.
“We do not position ourselves simply as a platform providing services in the automotive sector. We see RABAM as a technology company that digitizes the entire vehicle ownership experience from end to end.
“Today, our users can easily access maintenance, tyre services, vehicle inspections, car washing, insurance, towing, and many other after-sales services through a single platform. On the corporate side, we digitize fleet operations, helping companies save significant time and reduce operational costs.
“Our next objective is to enhance this structure with artificial intelligence and provide users with more practical and financial solutions. We do not want to be merely a service platform. Our goal is to become the one-stop shop for vehicle owners and the digital business partner that manages mobility operations for corporate customers.”
