Jing Zhao Cesarone is an author, leadership thinker and founder of the Global CSR Foundation, a U.S.-registered nonprofit established in 2018 to advance sustainable development, responsible leadership, women’s empowerment and cross-sector partnerships aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Her book Women’s Civilizational Leadership: A New Paradigm for the Golden Age of Humanity was released on International Women’s Day 2026 and reached number one in Amazon’s New Releases in Gender Studies, as well as ranking among the Top 10 in Social Policy. She has since expanded the project with Women’s Civilizational Leadership for Mothers: Why Mothers Are the Original Civilizational Leaders, including an audiobook edition on Amazon.
