Atempo appoints Pascal Potier to the position of Executive VP of Software Engineering and Global Services

This appointment is part of the company’s growth dynamic, which aims to consolidate its position as European leader in Data Protection, and as key player in Data Management of large unstructured data volumes
Reporting directly to Luc d’Urso, CEO of Atempo.Wooxo group, Pascal’s mission is to define, develop and deploy the roadmaps for all Atempo solution suites. Very close to the field, Pascal is constantly involved in improving the group’s solutions by integrating new functionalities, innovations, and performances enhancement to better match customers and partners requirements. Pascal also supervises the development, from design to delivery of each software version, including the training of in-house teams. With 30+ years of experience in the management of Pre-Sales and Professional Services activities, Pascal has in-depth knowledge in data protection and design of high-performance and scalable technical infrastructures. To succeed in his new mission, Pascal can rely on a high qualified team of engineers, consultants, and pre-sales.
With a diploma in Electronics, Pascal started his career at NCR US company, as a Unix Support Engineer prior to joining Atempo. During his 8 years at NCR, he successively held the positions of System Consultant, Datawarehouse Consultant and Network and System Architect. During this period, Pascal has significantly developed his skills and knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure. Pascal has been with Atempo for over 24 years and endorsed a variety of critical missions such as Pre-Sales Manager, Head of Professional Services, and recently he broadened his managerial skills by taking over the management of the Professional Services, Pre-Sales and Training departments.
