Sara-Louise Ackrill is a neurodivergent therapist, entrepreneur and workplace consultant. Founding CEO of Wired Differently and co-founder of Start Differently, a non-profit, Sara-Louise supports neurodivergent individuals in their personal lives, employment and entrepreneurial endeavours. Most recently, she was a finalist in the Innovator of the Year category at the inaugural UK Neurodiverse Business Awards in 2026. She was previously recognised as a ‘Top UK Neurodiversity Evangelist’ and as one of Small Business Britain’s #IAlso100 female entrepreneurs of 2024. Sara-Louise specialises in workplace inclusion, neurodiversity awareness and domestic abuse awareness in the workplace. She writes for The European about neurodiversity, inclusion and the intersection of mental health and workplace culture. She is also the author and co-author of two non-fiction books exploring social rejection and the intimate lives of neurodivergent women.
