A conversation with Lea Moreau, Investor Relations Manager at Garnet Trade
How would you define Garnet Trade’s position and mission in the Forex market, in the context of your core values and long-term vision?
Lea Moreau: Garnet Trade, based in Australia, has been active in the global Forex market since 2010 with the slogan “Forex for All.” Our mission is to provide a secure, innovative, and investor-friendly trading environment. With additional offices in Canada and Macedonia, we leverage our international network to offer high-quality service. Our experienced team ensures top security standards for all investors. With Garnet Trade, you can unlock your trading potential and seize global opportunities. Our platform empowers you to trade smartly, confidently, and achieve your financial goals.
What strategies do you adopt to ensure investor security? How do you maintain reliability in the Forex market?
LM: We ensure investor security through prestigious licenses and expert consultancy. Our ASIC license, a respected regulator, provides a reliable trading environment. We also hold the Finacom license, which offers compensation up to €20,000, and the MWALI license, which conducts regular audits. Our investment consultants provide daily economic updates and technical analysis to enhance risk management and trading security.
What are the key advantages that distinguish Garnet Trade from its competitors, and what unique services do you offer? Can you provide information about the special solutions you offer to your investors?
LM: Garnet Trade stands out with its 24/7 live support team, providing assistance beyond standard hours. We also offer Forex and MetaTrader 5 training to improve investor skills. Our Garnet Plus app enables investors to manage their portfolios with real-time information, setting us apart from competitors.
How do you support investors’ market knowledge and trading skills through your training and development programmes?
LM: We provide educational videos through the Garnet Plus app, including technical and fundamental analyses. The app features real-time trend forecasts supported by indicators and oscillators, helping investors manage their strategies effectively.
Can you provide detailed information about Garnet Trade’s product portfolio? What strategies do you follow to meet investors’ needs and diversify your product offerings?
LM: Our product portfolio includes over 160 instruments, such as indices, currency pairs, electronic indices, metals, energies and cryptocurrencies. We regularly update our offerings based on investor demand and our global expansion strategy, ensuring a diverse range of investment options.
Tell our readers about your company’s global expansion strategy – what are your plans for entering new markets and growing internationally?
LM: Our global expansion strategy focuses on adhering to local regulations and forming strategic partnerships. We plan to enter new markets by acquiring additional sponsorships or establishing new sponsorships. Our IB (Introducing Broker) programme and Copy Trade system are key components of this strategy to broaden our reach and enhance our service offerings.
Please tell us about Garnet Trade’s IB programme and Copy Trade system?
LM: Introducing Brokers (IBs) are independent representatives who bring new investors and earn commissions based on their trading volumes. The Copy Trade system allows investors to automatically replicate the trades of master traders, simplifying the process of following successful strategies.
Are there any projects or initiatives planned for investors in the near future?
LM: We are developing new initiatives to impact societal events through sponsorships and partnerships. For updates, we encourage following our social media and website, where we will announce upcoming projects.
