Despite a year of global instability and panic, companies from all sectors and locations have been praised
The official list of companies and individuals who have won awards in The European’s 2020 award scheme have been announced. The scheme recognises organisations and individuals that stand out from the crowd, and are consequently moving their industries forward. Good governance, innovation and quality of service are all major considerations.
Even in a year full of instability and tragedy, some organisations and individuals rose above the rest and showed tenacity and leadership. One of which was CIMB Bank Philippines, who were featured on the front cover of the awards listings. Not only did the bank win the award for Innovative Bank of the Year, but 2020 saw them achieve their goal of signing on 3 million customers in just 23 months. Among these were individuals who had not banked before.
