Digital health provider Reframe, today announces the appointment of former McKesson and Amazon Director, Catherine McDermott, as Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, McDermott will focus on expanding Reframe’s position in the digital health space as a leader in transforming the way individuals experience healthcare as the business diversifies from its core offering of personalised cancer support into multiple healthcare areas. This growth strategy is underpinned by significant investment in developing advanced technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver greatly enhanced and personalised healthcare experiences via Alix, Reframe’s unique digital health platform that transforms the holistic healthcare experience.
McDermott has over 16 years’ experience in a leadership role across the healthcare and technology sectors. This includes working at Circle Health and Amazon, where she spent four years in operations. McDermott has since bolstered her experience in the health technology sector with senior roles at pharmaceuticals company McKesson and cancer data platform Repositive.
